Neoteric is a small casual guild. We try to stay a close group of friends by doing no raw recruiting.
All invites are recommended friends or family from current guild members. Many are very good players who long to see as much of the game content as possible without the pressures and demands of the hardcore raiding guilds.
We try to be as fair as possible on raids while upgrading as many members of our group. The more we improve our group as a whole, the more we can do as a group.
We do not use a DKP system because friends raiding with friends shouldn't need that type of system for sharing loot.
Every member in the guild is what creates our guild, not just a hand full of officers. Our focus is on having a fun and relaxing atmosphere with as little drama as possible.
